Who it suits

Ward is a calm one-column page for clinical and licensed work: registered nurses and medical assistants. Certifications and licenses sit near the top after the summary, with a forest accent bar on the left edge.

How the layout works

  • One column with a left accent bar and forest name colour.
  • Preferred order puts certifications soon after the summary.
  • Experience, skills and education follow in reading order.
  • No photo and no contact icons by default.

ATS notes

Ward is labelled ATS-safe: one column of real text with no tables or text boxes. The left bar is a styled edge, not content.

When to pick something else

You are outside licensed or clinical work and do not need certifications near the top. Choose Classic or Atlas.

Tips for filling it in

  1. Put licence number, unit type and credentials where a reader looks first.
  2. Name the records systems and procedures you actually used.
  3. Keep patient-ratio and outcome figures specific and honest.

Ward template questions

Why certifications so high?

Hiring managers for licensed roles often scan for credentials before reading every job. You can still reorder sections in the editor.

How is Ward different from Margin?

Both use a left accent. Ward reorders toward certifications and uses a calmer forest tone aimed at healthcare.
